Responsibilities include:

  • Design, configure, customize and optimize the customer success roadmap for Doji with Zendesk
  • Research to understand customer success requirements, latest innovation and technology
  • Establish customer support strategy and metrics such as ticket resolution, customer retention and NPS
  • Customise dashboards specific to Doji’s customer goals and marketplace requirements
  • Define and configure triggers, automations and system ticket flows within ZendeskMap dispute centre requirements and customer resolutions with Zendesk flows
  • Configure reports at varying organizational levels
  • Ideate, test and iterate, to improve structure and procedures with improved automations
  • Work with the data team to optimize workflows

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant customer success experience for technology organizations
  • Strong understanding and experience with the latest Zendesk configuration and automation tools
  • You are highly analytical and love working with numbers (you find conversion metrics trendy!)
  • Strong understanding of the latest strategies in CX
  • Knowledge of the marketplace or eCommerce technologies is preferred
  • You have lots of energy and get excited by being a champion of achieving metrics
