Sponsorship Sales Consultant – Remote Based (Europe Based)

$30000 Strong Commission; International Travel Location; Remote; Flexible Working Hours

Media Search Group is a leading event and high-level business meetings organiser, which operates in the energy and maritime sectors delivering closed-door events, such as summits, conferences and face-to-face business meetings of exceptional quality. This role is for a Sponsorship Sales Manager to join the fast-expanding Global-Remote team to grow the existing events and expand our portfolio. Solution providers from around the world look for opportunities to network, exhibit and pitch to their potential clients in the capacity of a Conference Sponsor. The Sponsorship Sales team identifies, matches and sells sponsorship and exhibition packages to companies on the supply side of each event.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the client’s products, the industry, and their competitors
  • Attend on-line briefing meetings with producers on intellectual content and unique selling points of conferences Identify the target market for solution provider sponsorship opportunities
  • Market research and lead sourcing of potential sales prospects
  • Developing a continuous pipeline of sales leads Pitching and tailoring sponsorship opportunities to clients over the telephone and face-to-face (predominately phone based)
  • Working towards monthly sales performance targets
  • Developing long term business relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
  • Onsite management of sponsors attending conferences
  • Keeping your work up to date in the corporate CRM system
