Our programs include Cyber Security, Digital Marketing, UX/UI, Data Analytics & Science, and Full Stack Development.

Overall Objective

The Senior Social Community Manager is accountable for building a community and brand awareness programs that are part of a larger, integrated, lead generation program. They are responsible for engaging the digital community and working in collaboration with the social media team across a variety of platforms, assisting in activating and optimizing paid social and working closely with content creators to execute campaigns.

Your Role:

The Senior Social Community Manager is responsible for community and brand awareness & find new opportunities for the company to engage with the community by following industry, news, and social media trends.

Community Engagement & Brand Awareness

  • Set and implement social media and community campaigns to align with marketing strategy
  • Develop unique, insightful and time-tested ideas to include with the holistic campaign
  • Utilize social tools and other tools to identify opportunities
  • Provide engaging text, image, and video content through your own social media accounts
  • Engage with comments and/or customer queries in a timely manner
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
  • Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Liaise with development and sales departments to stay updated on new products and features
  • Stay up to date with digital technology trends


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or other related fields.
  • 5+ years experience in Paid Social Media Marketing
  • Be passionately in tune with the latest social media developments, online behaviors, and trends.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, networking, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Urgency and strong attention to detail, specifically with regards to written communications
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Agency experience a plus
