Job Description

Chexology, creator of ABC’s Shark Tank featured product, CoatChex is seeking a remote Sales Executive to help launch our new contactless product to the hospitality sector. This role is designed for somebody who is dreaming about breaking into the startup world and is eager to make a big impact right away. We are looking for someone to bring the energy, the fire, and to take our application to new heights. In this role, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing. Successful candidates must showcase their passion for our company, have a strong work ethic, and the drive to not only meet but exceed sales targets. If you thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment, are self-motivated, and looking to build a solid foundation in software sales you are an ideal fit for this position. This position is open for anyone living anywhere in the United States and is 100% remote.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Reach and exceed key performance indicators including calls scheduled, calls completed, emails sent, qualified opportunities and deals closed
  • Execute sales strategy for the hospitality sector
  • Identify and develop sales growth opportunities
  • Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, and digital resources and identifying stakeholders in order to generate interest
  • Qualify leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients
  • Conduct demos via video conferencing and in-person meetings
  • Work with clients through the closing process
  • Maintain and update an organized pipeline through activity records using
  • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance sales metrics

Required skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years’ of relevant work experience
  • At least 1 year in hospitality sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-disciplined, organized, and ambitious
  • Able to consistently hit daily and monthly objectives
  • Positive, energetic, and go-getter attitude that displays initiative and persistence, all with a competitive drive
  • Resilience, perseverance, and the ability to overcome objections a must
  • Highly organized and strong time management skills
  • CRM experience
