Job Description


As part of our sales team, you are the key contact for our customers and at the same time the link between clients and freelancers. You

  • are responsible for the strategic development of your territory in collaboration with your Account Executive.

  • manage entry into new key accounts through targeted outbound sales.

  • agree upon new needs of our clients with the management to identify new targets systematically.

  • actively do research on new clients and their decision-makers.

  • are responsible for the development and implementation of lead generation strategies.

  • take care of existing customers and act as person to contact for colleagues on current projects on the customer side.


  • You have gained first experience in Sales – either in the industry or in a startup

  • You have high interest in the Tech-Industry and/or technical knowledge

  • You are customer – and objective- oriented as well as strong Communication skills

  • You enjoy building interpersonal relationships

  • You are highly motivated to work in a dynamic and young team

  • You speak fluent English and German
