As part of our rapid growth we are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our awesome team!

As Marketing Operations Manager at Axonius you will be responsible for implementing, reporting, and analyzing all marketing metrics to ensure that all marketing campaign performance can be quantified for improvement. From demand generation tracking in and HubSpot to website conversion and funnel progression, the successful candidate for this role will be able to produce actionable insights to move us forward.


  • Collaborate with Business Operations to ensure tight HubSpot-Salesforce system integration and optimization that improves lead generation, workflow efficiencies, and metrics dashboard reporting.
  • Responsible for measuring effectiveness of all demand activities, providing consistent communication, including dashboards and reports outlining quantifiable results, campaign ROI, program analyses, conversion rates, etc.
  • Provide day-to-day administration and management of our marketing technology stack and related integrations.
  • Provide recommendations on optimizing our demand funnel, programs, channels, and campaigns through best-in-class tech tools by creating, documenting, teaching, and enforcing processes and digital experiences. You’ll focus on building infrastructure, measurement, and reporting capabilities for the marketing team.
  • Lead efforts to define and implement frameworks for measuring, reporting and analyzing marketing results.


  • At least 4 years experience in Marketing Operations
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce and Marketing Automation
  • Proactive, highly motivated individual with the ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
