    The team
    The Netlify marketing team is on a mission to build a world-class brand and fuel the growth of our company. We communicate the business value and technical innovation of our platform through the stories of our customers and community. As a team, we are responsible for corporate branding & communications, building the Jamstack category, generating enterprise sales pipeline, organizing and sponsoring events, and web design, strategy & development.

    The opportunity
    We are seeking a marketing campaigns manager to own a critical piece of our enterprise go-to-market strategy. In this role you will be responsible for owning our B2B marketing campaign programs from start to finish. It’s a unique opportunity to make a big impact at a fast-growing software startup.You’ll have a high degree of autonomy and creative license to generate success for the team and business.

    The Role
    You’ll be taking a key role in driving our B2B pipeline by owning our campaign marketing programs. This includes developing ideas for new campaigns, planning these programs, working with other members of the Marketing team to create assets and other creative, copywriting, executing and managing the campaigns, and reporting on results.

    In this role you’ll define campaign strategy and goals with the Director of Demand Gen and VP of Marketing & Communication. You’ll also align closely with the Sales team to get their input as you develop campaigns that drive quality leads aligned with our overall go-to-market strategy. As you execute campaigns, you’ll work with other members of the Marketing team to develop creative and launch campaign assets.

    Who we’re looking for

    • 5+ years work experience (preferably in the B2B software industry)
    • A history of building and executing high performing marketing campaigns
    • The ability to work autonomously in a remote work environment
    • Excellent communications skills, particularly business copywriting
    • A good working knowledge of HubSpot, Google Ads, and other ad platforms is a major plus
    • Clear understanding of the marketing and sales funnel, and how to reach key personas including frontend developers and engineering leaders
    • Data-driven marketer who is continuously improving and refining strategy based on results and key inputs across the organization
    • A creative thinker with a high bar for quality, capable of bringing new and unique ideas to help Netlify stand out in the marketplace
    • Ideally have worked in fast-moving B2B software startups
    • Experience using past campaign data and current business goals to develop campaign strategy.
    • A high level of comfort with change – it’s a startup, so there are many opportunities to make an impact.

    Within 1 month, you’ll:

    • Learn about the Netlify, including the technology platform, enterprise funnel, customer stories, and key value propositions
    • Onboard and get acquainted with our martech systems, including HubSpot
    • Take over execution of campaigns already planned or in-flight
    • Gain an understanding of the demand gen current strategy, and what we’ve done in the past
    • Start building relationships with the teams you’ll be working with on a regular basis

    Within 3 months, you’ll:

    • Help optimize and execute the currently-calendared campaigns in 2021
    • Create a reporting framework and strategy to communicate campaign impact and results to the greater organization
    • Deliver several successful campaigns that have made a significant impact on the enterprise pipeline
    • Have developed a solid understanding of Netlify’s business and growth strategy

    Within 6 months, you’ll:

    • Drive campaign strategy and planning, developing and executing on new ideas in lock step with the marketing and sales teams
    • Contribute to our demand gen strategy and pipeline numbers in significant and meaningful ways
    • Adjust and refine our campaign strategy based on initial results and learnings
