Job Description is a B2B marketplace connecting brands with agencies. The site generates over 150,000 visitors per month seeking to hire top agencies in various categories.

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant with Email Marketing Experience, excellent English speaking skills and a solid knowledge of designing and implementing direct email marketing campaigns.

This is for a full time, remote – work at home position. Our main office is in New York City.


  • Scheduling email campaigns for marketing and sales team
  • Collecting email addresses
  • Using email automation software to schedule, automate and optimize email outreach
  • Providing daily/weekly reporting on on-going tasks
  • Researching company decision-makers and harvest contact details for business development
  • Analyzing data, be pro-active to maximize results and help improve internal processes
  • Client communications management

Required qualifications:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in similar job roles (email collecting/ cold outreach related jobs)
  • Excellent English writing and speaking skills
  • Solid skills in data research and collecting email addresses
  • Computer and web-savvy, with familiarity with using email automation software like SalesHandy, GetResponse, Mailchimp.
  • Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
  • Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling
  • Client communications due to specific tasks
  • Good knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
  • Ability to work EST Hours
