Principle Networks is a rapidly expanding technology business specializing in IT Network Transformation to the UK’s mid-enterprise commercial sector. Established in May 2018, the business has grown from a two-person start-up into a forecasted +£2m turnover business by the end of its third year of trading. With ambitious plans ahead, Principle Networks is now searching for a dedicated Marketing Executive/Head of Marketing to help generate growth, build the brand and build a marketing team that can take the business forward.

About the role

You will be joining a modern, dynamic business in its early years, presenting a great opportunity for you to be an integral part of the marketing and growth strategy. We’re looking for someone with experience in our sector who can hit the ground running, make a big impact and take us to the next level.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing the marketing plan
  • Content creation and distribution
  • Coordinating and driving the success of webinars and seminars
  • Lead generation and brand awareness to support sales activities
  • Social Media presence, advertisements, and campaigns
  • Managing customer, prospect, and campaign data through CRM
  • Collaborating with partners and suppliers to obtain Marketing Development Funds

About you

We are searching for someone who is an experienced, all-round marketeer who can create, deliver, and manage. Someone with a great attitude who is humble enough to work hard and has the talent plus ambition to develop the role in line with business growth. You’ll have demonstrable experience in all aspects of the role and quickly make an impact – helping to support our lead generation, brand awareness, and overall growth plans.

You will have:

  • Min 4 or more years’ experience within a similar role, in the IT technology sector
  • An understanding of IT networks, SD-WAN and/or similar technologies
  • Demonstrable record of creating and managing successful growth/lead-generation campaigns
  • Experience creating and managing successful webinar/seminar events
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Temperament to work from home and self-motivate
  • Ability to create eye-catching content in line with branding
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail, well organized and a positive attitude
  • Full UK Driving Licence and Right to Work in UK.

Location: Remote working – home-based with travel when required.

Reporting to: Commercial Director
