Job Description

We are looking for a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented graphic designer to be a valuable part of our marketing team. The selected candidate will help drive product usability, brand awareness, and revenue through integrated visual marketing programs.

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, skilled technologist, and detail-oriented designer who can quickly pick up on brand standards and open to direction. This is a hands-on position that will tackle design projects from concepting through production, across integrated tactics including digital, print, video, and live events.


  • Create and produce modern, engaging graphic designs that work across various platforms including digital ads, social media, videos, collateral, and print
  • Create dynamic digital ads, email campaigns, campaign landing pages, to support digital campaigns
  • Maintain corporate website and create visuals for social media platforms
  • Be a brand champion by creating Verikai’s visual brand standards and identity, while incorporating the latest trends and best practices
  • Actively define graphic processes and strategy
  • Think through ways to enhance the user problems, mock them up in detail, and work with the product team to build them
  • Develop concepts for and create videos to highlight products features and benefits
  • Obsess over details, including color and font consistency, and continue to polish until your work is pixel-perfect
  • Develop graphics and illustrations to communicate what we do and how we do
  • Collaborate daily with the marketing team, work diligently to enable the sales team, and partner with the product team to define and develop a stellar UX.
  • Continually searching for opportunities to increase brand awareness and drive revenue

Skills and Requirements

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment
  • A minimum of five years of design experience, a combination of agency and corporate experience preferred
  • Ability to guide the conversation to gain all information needed for visual design
  • A deep love for design, art and shaping experiences
  • A compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects, including:
    • Digital & social ads
    • Collateral, including sales sheets and case studies
    • Sales capability decks (PowerPoint)
    • Short videos optimized for social / brand videos
    • User interfaces for both computer and phone screens
    • Infographics
    • White papers, trend pieces, and other high-value assets
    • Visual graphic standards
    • Print ads and direct mail pieces
    • Campaign development
    • Posters/branded interior artwork
    • Designing headers for email CRM systems, such as Pardot
    • Live experience/trade show design
    • Webinar decks and operations
    • Social media across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Photography, editing stock photos for campaigns, headshots and live event photography a plus
  • Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and other visual design tools
  • Proficient use of video production including storyboards and creation of short videos
  • Positive, proactive, and mature attitude
  • Energetic, open to feedback, and dedicated to continuous improvement
  • Inquisitive and ready to jump in and figure things out
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • A degree in art or graphic design
