We’re looking for a regional Marketing Manager located in the UK or Germany who will work closely with our local Sales, Partner and Business Development teams to spearhead our regional field marketing initiatives, as well as manage and coordinate day-to-day projects. You will plan, execute and measure regional marketing programs for markets where Chrome River sells directly.

What you’ll do:

  • Take the lead on building regional marketing plans aligned with regional sales strategies.
  • Lead (partner) marketing initiatives including webinars, regional events and co-branded content creation.
  • Closely work with internal stakeholders to identify customers based on their ability to validate Chrome River’s business value. Leverage corporate customer advocacy tools to engage with customers and identify opportunities for marketing activities, including speaking engagements, case studies, testimonials and custom content.
  • Strategise, build and execute (partner) marketing initiatives including trade shows, webinars, regional customer and partner events, email marketing, direct mail marketing and other channels as you see a fit.
  • Author and produce creative marketing content, including narratives, email marketing, blogs/newsletters, short-form videos, product tutorials, product guides, event collateral, etc. in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Manage Chrome River’s attendance and participation at industry and partner conferences, including joint activities like presentations, co-hosted and co-branded collateral.
  • Assist regional teams as needed for increased brand awareness.
  • Support various other marketing projects as needed.
  • You will be part of the global marketing team and report to the Director of Brand & Programs in the US (West Coast).

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of related marketing experience with a proven track record of defining and executing successful integrated marketing programs in the B2B/SaaS space.
  • Excellent written and verbal English and German communication skills are mandatory. French language skills are desired.
  • Experienced creator of content, including emails, case studies, video testimonials, PowerPoint presentations, localised marketing assets.
  • Deep understanding of European markets, the UK, DACH, France and Nordic countries, as it relates to targeted marketing tactics aligned with regional messaging strategy and global brand focus.
  • Self-starter mentality; independent and experienced working remote and with distributed teams.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and proven track record working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and managing programs within a team environment.
  • Experienced in event management and coordinating related logistics.
  • Ability to establish positive relationships with partners and internal stakeholders; energetic, personable and friendly communication style is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal English and German communication skills are mandatory. French language skills are desired.
