The Digital Marketing Strategist produces, executes, and analyzes cutting-edge search engine optimization strategies that maximize the organic search engine visibility for LiveVox. We’re looking for someone with a diverse skillset, that requires an innovator, a go-getter, a progressive thinker who can identify and connect digital to all other aspects of our clients’ businesses and drive growth opportunities. We are looking with someone with a minimum of five years of digital marketing experience with a blend of SEO and SEM, and a proven track record of producing goal-oriented digital marketing strategies that generated meaningful results. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of advanced technical, off-site, and on-site SEO principles.

Position Duties

  • Write integrated digital marketing and SEO strategies that leverage connection points between owned, earned, shared, and paid marketing activities
  • Perform extensive digital presence audits with clearly defined opportunities
  • Conducts keyword research and develops effective short- and long-tail keyword strategies
  • Implement ongoing search optimization for new and existing efforts including on-site, off-site, and technical tactics
  • Manage and optimize website content within WordPress and other content management systems
  • Identify and resolve technical search engine optimization issues, including Search Console management
  • Write, create, test, track, and send email campaigns including managing lists
  • Create, execute, and fulfill paid influencer marketing strategies
  • Analyze digital marketing campaign data and provide insightful recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Stay current on digital trends and inform the team of needed updates to keep client content visible within the digital space
  • Account management of social media and/or digital clients
  • Present digital marketing/SEO strategies with a solid rationale
  • Looks continually for new digital work opportunities with both existing and prospective clients
  • Finds opportunities to keep the rest of the agency current on the latest digital marketing trends
  • Balances analytical thinking and approaches with creative thinking and long-term vision

Required Skills

  • Highly efficient in Google Analytics, Search Console, Google My Business, and Google Tag Manager
  • Proven ability to translate strategies into timelines, budgets, and to-do lists as well as manage their day-to-day implementation
  • Knowledgeable in paid digital platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience with email/marketing automation such as Hubspot
  • Basic CMS skills within WordPress
  • Social media management and strategy experience
  • Highly responsive and service-oriented
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Great written communication skills, including perfect grammar

  • Bonus points for agency experience
  • 6+ years search optimization and/or digital marketing experience
