Who we’re looking for

Someone with demonstrable, proven experience and success in growing brands from start-up and beyond using digital marketing techniques and paid ad spend. You can be UK-based and work remotely, or work from our office in Borehamwood. You’ll be able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, be friendly and personable, and fit into our growing team. We welcome direct applications but we have an agency in place, so if you’re a recruiter we won’t need your help for this one.

We are looking for someone to lead our Ecommerce Digital Product Marketing efforts and promote a range of brands we offer directly to consumers.

Job Role: E-commerce Digital Product Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Identifying potential customers & spending habits
  • Be proactive in identifying other areas where online sales could be increased and developed
  • Build traffic and sales across multiple marketplaces and accounts
  • Work closely with sales to develop robust sales plans
  • Support of content production, post-production, publication according to current SEO best practice
  • Build consumer engagement and social media following
  • Campaign evaluation and budget tracking
  • Coordinate and monitor all online sales and provide targeted reports as required
  • Monitor key performance indicators across all online marketplaces and suggest measures to improve
  • Launch optimized adverts

Attributes and desired experience

  • Working knowledge of E-Commerce Platforms – Particularly Shopify
  • Experienced in B2C marketing
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Ads, analytics, and SEO/SEM
  • Excellent knowledge of Paid Ads across Social Media Platforms
  • A track history of promoting and launching products to market
  • Organized with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong written and spoken conversational skills
  • Must be focused, committed, and with a can-do attitude
  • Able to cope well in high pressured situations
  • A passion for leaving the world in a better place
