Daisee is a rapidly growing AI software company providing quality management solutions for the contact center industry. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketer that is interested in the technology space and has a proven track record of successful social media engagement in the B2B marketplace.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a highly-skilled Digital Marketer in the B2B technology space to manage our SEO through website content optimization as well as curate content and manage social channels and our online presence through social media.

You will be responsible for reviewing our website content for organic search optimization. In addition, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the Social Media strategy, ensuring the innovative drive of social media channels, production and development of content, and social media monitoring.

A passionate storyteller with exceptional writing skills and proven capabilities in digital marketing production and editing, you are a strong collaborator with the ability to inform and influence our online community in a positive and engaging way.

If you have experience in driving growth and engagement through website optimization via Google search and across all social media platforms and have a genuine interest in AI and technology, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities of the role are, but not limited to

  • Analyzing website and identifying areas to optimize content for organic Google search
  • Develop and produce highly engaging, innovative content
  • Manage performance across all social media channels to drive performance; LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders and report back on campaign success
  • Provide weekly data-driven analysis on performance using relevant monitoring tools.
  • Deliver consistent aesthetics across all channels that are consistent with the brand strategy and voice
  • Maintaining a regular flow of posts, tweets, blogs, etc., ensuring they happen at optimum times for engagement
  • Maintain and manage the social media calendar, ensuring a balanced creative across product and information

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience managing website optimization and social media marketing
  • In-depth understanding of Google search and analytics and all social media platforms
  • Experience in developing a strong social media strategy
  • Passionate, Self-motivated, driven with a proven track record of driving performance
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, high attention to detail, ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Experience with Salesforce and Pardot preferable
  • Digital marketing qualification would be preferred

Job Type: Part-time/Contract

Salary: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Experience: Digital Marketing track record

Work Eligibility: Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (e.g. citizen, permanent resident) (Preferred)
