Job Description

Daasity is seeking a rock star B2B Marketing Manager to drive lead generation while also helping to build Daasity as a brand. The ideal candidate has proven success in a B2B Marketing role for a SaaS company, a passion for results, and is knowledgeable with the e-commerce and digital space. Daasity is a small, growing company, so the person in this role must be able to take goals and objectives and turn them into action plans that can be executed with little oversight. This role will work closely with the sales team to both generate qualified leads and also support the team with sales collateral as needed. This is an exciting time to join the company as this role will be instrumental in establishing Daasity as a key technology in the e-commerce space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand our target customer including what motivates them, what their pain points are and how to reach them
  • Work with internal and external teams to develop marketing and sales collateral such as case studies, one-pagers, downloadables, videos, etc.
  • Drive marketing qualified leads via various techniques, pivoting as needed if certain tactics aren’t producing
  • Coordinate closely with sales so as not to duplicate efforts and create a seamless and integrated experience for our prospects
  • Develop lead nurturing campaigns in collaboration with sales
  • Create and execute re-engagement campaigns
  • Develop co-marketing campaigns with partners that can be mutually beneficial
  • Work with other team members to develop and execute content plans and deliverables that are relevant to our prospects and customers
  • Measure results of content, paid and organic campaigns, be obsessed with KPIs and optimize as needed to meet them
  • Mentor junior team member(s)

Skills / Experience:

  • 5+ years in a B2B SaaS Marketing role or equivalent
  • Demonstrated success driving qualified leads for a SaaS technology
  • Working knowledge of e-commerce & business concepts and metrics
  • Successful experience running paid campaigns on LinkedIn
  • Creative; ability to communicate technical or complex messages in bite-sized, easy to consume, compelling ways that hooks prospects
  • Ability to write creative briefs that result in an end product that exceeds expectations and delivers our message clearly
  • Prior experience developing successful drip campaigns that result in closed deals
  • Organizational skills and ability to juggle several projects at once
  • Left & right brain balanced, be creative but also obsessed with the numbers
  • The ability and desire to work in a dynamic challenging startup environment
  • Self-motivated and driven; a problem solver who can work independently and get projects over the finish line
  • Team player
  • Optimist who can roll with the ever-changing landscape of a growing startup, roll up your sleeves and dive in
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience using Looker
  • Graphic design skills
  • WordPress experience
  • Prior work in a pre-Series C startup

Position Details

  • Location: US or Canada (Remote-first company)
  • Job Type: Full Time (40 hour week)
